Branch Out is a plant-based restaurant in downtown Paducah serving globally inspired vegan comfort food, allergy-conscious meals, and bold flavors worth traveling for.

​

We created Branch Out for people who have spent too long settling.  Whether because of food allergies, alpha-gal syndrome, dietary restrictions, or simply a lack of exciting, healthier dining options in western Kentucky.

​

Here, you don’t have to second guess what’s on your plate.
You can simply enjoy food that feels good, tastes incredible, and leaves you planning your next visit before you’ve finished your first bite.

Why We Started

Branch Out was built out of necessity.

​

Gabrielle has lived with gluten allergies since 2007, and after becoming vegetarian in 2011, Daniel and Gabrielle quickly realized just how limited the local dining options were for people with dietary restrictions.

​

Like so many of our customers today, we were frustrated by how hard it was to find food that felt safe, satisfying, and genuinely exciting.

So we started making our own.

​

What began as a personal solution soon became a bigger vision: creating the kind of restaurant we wished existed in Paducah.  A place where people could eat with confidence, without sacrificing flavor.

​

From Farmers Market to Downtown restaurant

Branch Out officially began in 2016, operating from the WKCTC kitchen and selling directly to customers at the Paducah Farmers Market.

The response was immediate.

​

Demand quickly outgrew our kitchen space, leading us to our first brick and mortar location in 2017.

​

Since then, Branch Out has grown through multiple locations, countless long nights, and an incredible community of customers who believed in what we were building.

​

In 2024, we celebrated five years at our current downtown location and were featured on Best Bite in Town on Food Network.

Our mission is simple:

To prove that plant-based food can be bold, satisfying, craveable, and accessible to everyone.

We believe no one should have to choose between safety, health, and flavor.
